※Each circle space for this event will consist of one space with half a table (90 × 45 cm).
※The number of people allowed to enter per circle is limited to two (2).

※If you would like to request adjacent booth placement (combined booths), please indicate this in the “Adjacent Booth Request” field of the circle application form. Both circles requesting adjacency must complete this field.
※Please note that combining booths across different circle genres is not permitted. Participation by multiple circles within a single space is prohibited. The transfer or exchange of assigned spaces is also strictly prohibited.
For applications of more than 2 spaces, please contact us in advance for consultation.
If you wish to have adjacent booths with another circle, please indicate this in the “Adjacent Booth Request” section of the circle application form. Both circles must submit the request.
Booth sharing between different genres is not permitted.
Multiple circles sharing a single booth is strictly prohibited.
Transfer or exchange of booth spaces is also prohibited.
Circle Participation Process
1. Please carefully review the information provided under the categories:“Event Overview,” “General Participation,” and “Circle Participation” on this website.
2. Complete and submit the “Circle Participation Application Form.”
3. After your application is received, the Organizing Committee will contact you by email with detailed instructions regarding the participation process. Please follow the guidance provided.
4. Please complete payment of the participation fee by the deadline stated in the email.Your circle participation will be officially confirmed once payment has been verified.
5. On the event day, please check in at the reception desk upon arrival at the venue.You will receive your wristband, photography tickets, and related materials at that time.
Distribution Regulations
Distribution of cosplay ROMs (images, videos, etc.), photo books, fan-made goods, doujin software, CDs, and similar items is permitted.
Circles may set their own exclusive purchase bonus offers.
The distribution of photo session tickets and instant photo tickets (cheki) is also permitted.
※During cheki or two-shot photo sessions, excessive physical contact with participants is prohibited.
※All distributed items and bonus services must comply with applicable laws.

About Circle Categories
The available circle categories for application are: [General / R15], [R18], and [Corporate].
Circles applying under the [General / R15] category may not distribute any works that fall under the [R18] category. Please take care when selecting your category during the application process.
[Corporate] circles are required to contact us separately for consultation. All distribution, promotional, and related activities must comply with the event rules.
Restrictions on Expressions in Distributed Materials by Circle Category
[General] Up to full-coverage swimsuits.
[R15] T-back (thong), lingerie, nipple covers, semi-nude, etc.
[R18] Nudity; depictions of male?female interaction (explicit or extreme expressions are not permitted).
In principle, the selected category is based on each circle’s self-declaration. However, after reviewing the items for sale and promotional materials, we may change the category without prior notice if deemed necessary.
In such cases, any additional participation fee resulting from the category change will be charged separately.

※Due to an increase in circles whose distributed works and event-day costumes exceed the scope of the General category, and a significant decrease in the number of General circles, the [General] and [R15] categories will be merged.
Guidelines for Event-Day Costumes and Conduct Outside the Event Area
・All models must wear a jacket or outer garment when moving outside the event area (including when going to and from the changing rooms).
If you do not have an outer garment, you will not be permitted to move outside the event area without wearing one.
・Costume regulations for models will be strictly enforced. During costume inspections in the changing rooms, please refrain from any intimidating or aggressive behavior toward staff.

About Circle Cut Artwork

Circles distributing adult-oriented works are requested to exercise discretion in the content of their circle cut artwork for the event pamphlet.
※Please note that all categories ? [General], [R15], and [R18] ? are scheduled to be included in the same pamphlet.
※Depending on the circumstances, the event organizers may edit or modify submitted images at their discretion. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
※When submitting your circle cut, you must use the following email subject format:“[Circle Cut Submission] %Circle Name%”
Please submit the circle cut separately. If it is sent together with other materials, it may not be processed for publication. In such cases, any applicable services or benefits may not be granted.
Please note that in the event of cancellation or postponement due to natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances, no refunds of general admission fees or circle participation fees will be provided. Additionally, we will not compensate for any travel expenses, cancellation fees, or related costs incurred in connection with the venue.
In the case of unavoidable cancellation due to a declared state of emergency, refunds of general admission fees and circle participation fees will also not be issued.
By applying for and participating in this event, you are deemed to have agreed to the above terms.
